I would like to say that your service is excellent, i was unable to find a key locally and every company i spoke to wanted me to buy new handle, which would have worked out as a lot of money.

Wow what a fantastic service!! I took a picture of my window handle as we lost the key and it has been locked shut. As we are expecting a baby in the next 4 weeks we need to be able to open the window to the nursery. Your website and service has allowed us to do this!
We took a picture of the handle and emailed it to you, the key arrived this morning and fits perfectly!

 It's a great idea to send a photo of the handle, for your expert to find the correct key.

 I had previously tried to get these keys for my daughter (she bought a repossessed house with no keys). I removed a handle from one window and walked it around Preston and Blackpool, at various suppliers of double glazing. None of them wanted to help - but they could sell me complete new handles or windows!

I would like to compliment your company on such a swift and efficient service. We moved into our house over a year ago to find that the vendors had not left us the keys for our fire escape (tilt and turn) windows which were locked closed. We sought advice from a variety of sources which included drilling out and replacing the locks, up to replacing the whole window unit! I came across your site on the internet, sent the photograph of the lock for identification and now two days later i am sitting in my study, with the windows open, enjoying the summer breeze, thanks to your identification of the lock and despatch of the corresponding keys.
