At 14:45 on Thursday 14 July   I e-mailed a photo of a window lock to you. 10 minutes later your Miles had correctly identified the key required which was duly ordered and received by me at around 10:00 on Saturday 16 July. And this was with standard free second class delivery on an order less than £5.00. I am more than impressed and would recommend your organisation to anyone

Very happy Customer, had a problem getting hold of some spare keys for my window locks, this was the first website I came across and I sent my email of the picture of the key. A lady there named Janet sent back a picture of the key I needed very quickly, I placed the order and received the key’s two day’s later I’ll order more from now on if I need to, at least I know where to go

Just to let you know I received the key today - and it worked!!!! yippeeeee thank you so much, I can now open and close my bathroom window (such a small thing in the grand scheme of things but it was very frustrating!)

Thank you very much for the keys - they fit!!

 It's a great idea to send a photo of the handle, for your expert to find the correct key.

 I had previously tried to get these keys for my daughter (she bought a repossessed house with no keys). I removed a handle from one window and walked it around Preston and Blackpool, at various suppliers of double glazing. None of them wanted to help - but they could sell me complete new handles or windows!

We moved into our house over a year ago to find that the vendors had not left us the keys for our fire escape (tilt and turn) windows which were locked closed.
